Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 950SLD Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with HD 1100 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curves to support your longer products. The feeder will be signaled to feed by Xante through the signal interface cable. The feeder will mount onto welded Stand on Rollers which will provide mobility from the casters. The feeder will be angled back so the discharge is parallel to the floor for a smooth transition into your machine. Optional items: Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feed back to follow the speed for your line including start/stops and to place the product at a user settable repeat distance.
Notes: Integration to cut product rods, and side plates 4.5" from brackets.
