Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250FXED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with flexible discharge to separate and feed your products from a vertical stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a flexible discharge to present the product to the passing cartons on your existing line in a vertical orientation. Ultra Packaging will send a dry contact to signal the feeder to feed via the signal interface cable. The system will be mounted onto an HDSR stand on rollers so the bottom of the discharge is 45" off the floor. Maximum linear speed is estimated at 40' per minute.
