Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug it will signal the feeder to dispense a single product into your conveyor. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Multiple Product Double Detect to detect if two products are overlapped (requires product testing to verify it is within the capability of the sensor).
Notes: Customer was on-site 7/21. He approved unit for shipping. Ship sometime the week of July 25th.
