Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 375mm long discharge to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will transfer into an SLD driven discharge 1 meter. While the products are in the driven discharge, an MFT 150PA print and apply labeler will apply a label to the top of the bag as the bag travels through a vacuum hold assist split top discharge. Next, a second MFT 150 PA will apply a second label from the bottom while the label goes through a vacuum hold assist bottom split discharge. The feeder will be mounted onto a feeder/labeler combination stand along with an additional labeler column so that the system is all tied together for easy mobility. The labelers will stop the feeder if either one is in a fault condition. The bags will need to be free of static and flat for proper feeding results. This quote assumes the bags will be free of static and flat when presented to the system. Optional items: In Feed Static Blower to assist in removing static in the in feed hopper of the feeder (this won't eliminate static from the in feed but would aid in reducing it), Active Static Minimizer for the out feed of the feeder to reduce static that was built up during the feeding process, SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor to collect the products as they are fed.
