Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT 101HSM Label Applicator to apply scratch off labels onto your passing product as they travel down your existing flat belt conveyor. The start sensor will detect the leading edge of the product and signal the labeler to apply a label. An extruded straddle mount assembly will come with the labeler to allow you to mount it over your existing base. Optional items: Accutipping with encoder to follow any line speed variations and maintain accurate label placement during line speed changes, T-Based Stand on Rollers to mount the labeler onto a crank height adjustable stand on rollers for mobility.
