Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Optional items: Scaled Rear Product Support Curve, Ez Tipping with encoder for speed following and accurate product placement, Multiple Product Detection to detect if there is more than one product, Batch Count Mode to count into batches, Start Sensor to detect a motion and signal the feeder to feed, Serial Control to control the feeder via RS 232, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder has a red light condition, Stand on Rollers.
