Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT 350 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder they product will be scanned with a barcode reader to ensure the barcode matches a pre-entered value. If the codes does not match the system will stop on error. Good products will be collected in the ADT 350XLD Automatic Drop Table. Once the operator waves their hand in front of the start sensor the stack will drop into a collection bin beneath the drop table and begin counting the next batch. The system will be equipped with an Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.
