Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a tipping system for the upcoming Graph Expo. The system will begin with a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed cards from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000 250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers which will also have extruded extension sides to mount the QC Conveyor. Mounted over the conveyor will be a start sensor which will detect a black registration mark on the conveyor. Once the mark is detected the sensor will signal the feeder to dispense a product. As the product is fed the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product onto the QC conveyor. The products will be collected in a catch tray as they exit the conveyor.
