Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed through the discharge a vision inspection system will scan a barcode on the top surface of the card and display it on the monitor. The cards will then be collected in the Automatic Drop Table. Once a start sensor detects a passing lug the stack will transfer into your existing lugged in feed. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. This system is for a Graph Expo unit that Garrido will display in their booth. We will use the demo Lake Image system we have in the show room.
