Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (9) tipping systems. An MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will provide accurate product placement. The feeder will be equipped with a Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition. PFS may decide to change one feeder to a 250 after time of order. If this is the case MFT will change one and reduce final billing on the 250 by the difference in price between them. Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder.
Notes: -7/7 Notes: (2) remaining 350 feeders to go. Customer would like (1) soon. MFT has decided to build both remaining (2) 350 units together and ship both together. Close out order this month/July. -Customer would like to receive (2) units by months end. Stagger builds(2-3 units) by a few weeks until all (9) units are shipped. Next round of builds and shipping will take place after Beijing Hause is completed -PFS may decide to change one feeder to a 250 after time of order.
