Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder (elastic belt feeder) to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed via a dry contact to start the feeder to feed. To stop the feeder a second dry contact can be sent to stop the feeder. The Discharge side guides will register the product in the discharge of the feeder as they are fed. Optional items: Stack Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, MFT IP 250ED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which is equipped with hard carcass discharge belts and discharge side guiding.
