Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. A start sensor will be used to detect the passing base product. Once a base product is detected the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product. The MFT IP 350XED HCP will be equipped with hard carcass discharge belts, low profile exit roller shafts and discharge side guiding to provide full product control as they are fed. The individual component line items along with the labor are to upgrade your existing feeder to HCP with Accutipping. Optional items: Relay interface box to stop your conveyor if the feeder stops feeding, Conveyor Straddle Mount Assembly to mount the feeder over your existing base, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, I/O Card to allow signal interfacing with the feeder (the feeder can supply Multiple Product Detection notices and Length Detection notices), L - Support Curve Assembly with Plate for simpler support curve assembly, Product Support Rods for additional in feed support.
