Project Scope: The proposed equipment consists of (10) MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The IP feeders will feed your sheets using 25mm diameter shafts to provide consistent and reliable separation of the products as they are fed. The feeders will be equipped with an HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curve assembly to provide increased stack height capability. The feeders will be signaled to feed by Bracket through the signal interface cable. Optional items: Straddle Mount Assembly (standard dimensions).
Notes: 6/25/2015 Will need to go through re-design, nothing will start until Money 6/30/2015 We can't accommodate timeline AND 1" shafts for all of them 7/2/2015 in ME 7/9/2015 In ME, brand new design, 1" brand new shaft all the way through 7/29/2015: A loaner, old style 550, will be built up and loaned to them 8/3/2015: Shafts for 550 arriving on 9/10, stripper wheels arriving on 9/16, then sent out to be bored out for two more weeks 8/6/2015: Shafts arriving on 9/10, stripper wheels on 9/16, stripper wheels need to be bored out 8/13/2015: Parts arriving in Mid-Sept. 8/13/2015: Most likely pushed back to late Sept.
