Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed metal name plates onto an indexing conveyor at a rate of 10 per minute. The MFT 250 V Friction feeder will gently separate products from an inclined stack in the in feed magazine of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.86") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide back feeder status via Standard Interface Cable Assembly. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the host mahine. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates.' Options Available: Optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.
