Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (3) MFT IP 550XED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder which will be equipped with Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller and encoder feedback to follow the speed of your existing line. The feeder will have a stack light to display machine status at a glance. The HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers will provide height adjustment and mobility. The tipping units will consist of (3) MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately place cards and follow line speeds. The feeder will be equipped with a Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition. Stack Lights to alert operator of machine status and Pressure Roller assemblies to aid the transfer to the base product.
