Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT 102HSM Label Applicator which will be equipped with a passive unwind. The labels will be removed from the unwind using a pinch drive assembly which will positively supply a vacuum box for proper web tension. The labeler will accurately apply the labels using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The labeler will be signaled to feed by Trimatt. Optional items: Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the labeler is in a red light condition, Signal Interface Cable to get machine status and/or send a dry contract to signal the labeler to apply a label.
