Project Scope: This proposal consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V XED Signature Series Friction Feeder systems to feed case layer pads the one at a time into a customer supplied and integrated catch tray to be picked up by a robot for further processing at a rate of up to 30 per minute. Each MFT 350 V XED feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The case layer pads will be fed into a customer supplied and integrated catch tray to be picked up by a robot for further processing. A HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support will be used to support the stack of product from the rear as they are fed. A Standard Interface Cable Assembly will be used to allow the host machine to signal the feeder to replenish the tray once a sheet is removed. A 20ft long 208VAC power cord will be included. Options Available: Each feeder can be equipped with optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that allows each feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. Each MFT 350 feeder can be equipped with Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) or Batch Count Mode as an option. Other options include a Signal Light Assembly, a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation. The feeder system can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
