Project Scope: The IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your paper products into your existing printer/punch machine. The feeder will be set to feed at a certain speed and user settable products per minute will be entered by the operator. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Relay Interface Box assembly to provide a dry contact when the feeder has a red light condition, Vacuum Track Assembly and vacuum Piab (not including air source) for consistent friction, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, signal interface cable for machine status, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder, HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curve Assembly to support your larger products and increase loading capacity, Stack light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Angle Adjustable stand top to continually change the angle of the feeder up to 15 degrees.
