Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP SLD Friction Feeder with 900mm (35.43) long Vacuum discharge to present products up to 200mm wide (7.87")to be printed by a customer supplied and integrated Bell-Mark Intelijet TS thermal inkjet printer at a rate of up to 90 per minute. This feeder is consignment on zero dollar lease (separate lease agreement) for display at the Pharmaceutical / Pack Expo(September 28th-30th) in Las Vegas. The MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction feeder will gently separate CR 80 Cards from an inclined stack of the feeder. The cards will be transferred one at a time onto the sectional 900mm (35.43") long vacuum discharge. The vacuum discharge will be equipped with a single 2" wide vacuum track on the center of the discharge. A customer supplied and integrated Bell-Mark Intelijet TS thermal inkjet printer will print on the products as they travel on the discharge. The products will exit the discharge of the feeder and will be transferred onto a Catch Tray Plate with magnetic side guides for further processing. A vacuum pump will be supplied with the system. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate printer system with the feeder. Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services at our standard rates. Optional items: Other Options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.
