Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once the cards are signaled to feed by a start sensor the feeder will place two cards onto one carrier in line with one another. The cards will be accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to provide accurate product placement. The cards will have a 0.875" gap between trailing and leading edge. The feeder will be mounted by DPI. A Hot Melt Glue system will be supplied to allow the glue to be applied to the top surface of the product once a photo eye detects the passing sheet. The glue system will be mounted by DPI.
