Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your tags from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the tags are fed through the servo driven discharge section of the feeder a label will be applied by the Print and Apply Label Applicator. After the label is applied the products will exit the disharge of the feeder where they will be accumulated into batches in an IMCT 250 Catch Tray. Once the batch count has been reached the feeder will pause until an operator removes the batch from the catch tray at which time the feeder will automatically begin counting the next batch.
