Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250XED Signature Series Friction Feeder with 396mm long discharge to separate and feed your paper sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. An Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to they system. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line to detect a passing lug. The feeder will dispense one product per lug spacing (4" or 8" lug spacing). The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: The Timing Compensation with encoder will allow the feeder to account for any line speed changes and ramp up/down, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to feed into batches, Multiple Product Detection to detect multiple products as they are fed. Performance guarantee: The system will feed the products at up to 150 PPM when a lug is present. If the feeder is unable to keep up with the speed of the line Multifeeder will be notified in writing to allow 30 days to rectify the issue for a period of 1 week after delivery. Installation will need to be purchased and done by Multifeeder Technology for the performance guarantee to be active. The equipment will be used in accordance with the applicable maintenance and operating manual by trained operators.
