Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fey will be counted into batches where they will be accumulated in the ADT 250XLT Automatic Drop Table. Once a start sensor detects a passing lug the ADT will cycle and drop the stack into your existing conveyor. The feeder will then automatically begin counting the next batch. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
