Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a demo/used MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your line detecting a passing base sheet. The feeder will then accurately place a product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. Online Bindery will mount the feeder and provide a transfer roller to aid the transfer from the feeder to the base conveyor. Optional items: Pressure Roller to aid the transfer from the feeder to the base conveyor, Stack Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Discharge Side Guiding to register the products as they are fed.
