Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder and a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto a passing base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback for accurate product placement. The feeders will be equipped with a relay interface box to provide a dry contact if the feeder has a red light condition.
