Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line at a rate of up to 300 per minute. Each MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your products up to 200mm wide from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 200mm long discharge of the feeder. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides (as per AZ Specification) with 250mm long shafts to hold the guides will be used to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. The feeder will be configured with Cardline Software and Continuous Motion Accutippng software with encoder to allow the feeder to be used as a spare on your existing Atlantic Zeiser line. In addition the feeder can be used to tip cards onto base carriers using the Continuous Motion Accutipping software. As the speed of the base machine changes the software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the productis placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Options Available: The MFT 250 can be equipped with a vacuum track assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. An optional Remote Keypad Assembly can be used to allow the controls of the feeder to be located in the optimum position. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
