Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed using the eZ Tipping Controller with encoder feedback. A start sensor will detect a passing base product and signal the feeder to feed. The feeder will be mounted by Rapit Printing. Optional items: Multiple Product Detection, Pressure Roller to aid the transfer from the feeder to the conveyor.
