Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product onto your existing conveyor. The mounting and transfer roller will be provided by Linemods. Optional items: relay interface box to stop your conveyor if the feeder stops feeding, Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the product from the feeder to the base product.
