Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT v 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be transported through the discharge of the feeder by top and bottom belts for positive product control. As the product exits the discharge of the feeder they will be processed by the end customer. The system will run in continuous mode and be started and stopped by the operator through the keypad on the feeder. Levent will be responsible for mounting the feeder and integrating their existing printing system. Optional items: HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers, Backer Repeat Mode with encoder to allow the feeder to place a product based on the user settable repeat distance which will follow the speed of the base conveyor, Multiple Product Detection to detect multiple products as they are fed, Batch Count mode to allow the feeder to batch count the product into a user settable batch size.
