Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be registered in the discharge of the feeder using the discharge side guiding. The feeder will be equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback to follow the speed of your existing conveyor. The feeder will be equipped with a Serial Communications to signal the feeder to start and stop. Optional items: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, High Performance Drive Package for speeds greater than 300 ppm.
