Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (4) precision tipping units. Each system consists of a MFT IP 250ED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed into the MFT 350XED Driven Discharge at the same repeat distance as the base products on your existing conveyor. Once in the Driven Discharge the products will be registered and accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The cards will be placed onto other cards traveling down the base to create a shingled stack of products. The Pressure Rollers will aid the transfer from the feeder to the base. The units will be mounted onto a crank adjustable (y direction) extruded mounting assembly.
