Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing conveyor using the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feed back. The feeder will be equipped with an Pressure Roller Assembly to aid the transfer from the feeder to the conveyor. A HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers will provide height adjustment and mobility to the system. The proposal includes (3) MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders and (2) MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with high performance, Accutipping Controller, Start Sensor and Relay Interface Box. Must ship 11/19: 250 IP base feeder (feeder with Accu Repeat), reject system and stand 250 IP tipping feeder, driven discharge and mag stripe reader Units to ship 2 weeks from order: 550 with stand 250 tipping feeder with mag stripe Balance ship 2nd week of December.
