Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The MFT IP 350 is capable of feeding products up to 300mm wide. As the product exists the discharge of the feeder it will be fed into Dual Stage Registration station which will register the product as it is transported. The registered product will then be fed into your existing system at a customer supplied top and bottom pinch point. The feeder comes standard with an Emitter/Receive product detection sensor to provide accurate product counts as well as double product detection. The MFT IP 350 Friction Feeder and Driven Discharge will be equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back and Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller respectfully to provide accurate product placement during your line speed variations. A relay interface box will provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition.
