Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an Industrial Performance MFT 250ip ED Friction Feeder, (2) O-Ring Bridge Belts, and a Start Sensor. The customer's product will be loaded into the hopper of the MFT 250ip ED to create a stack. That stack will then be separated and individualized by the stripper wheels to travel down the discharge. Feeder, will be mounted by the customer using customer supplied mount , or with the base straddle mounting found in the Optional Items section of this proposal, this system will feed a product into the middle of customers sealing machine, to be wrapped down the line. The MFT 250ip ED will be signaled to feed by a mounted start sensor indicating passing lugs. OPTIONAL ITEMS: SIGNAL LIGHT ASSY 250/350 45MM - A signal stack light to visually indicate to the operator of good, low product, and fault-error running conditions CONV STRADDLE MNT 8020 350 - Conveyor 8020 Straddle Mounting kit for mounting of the feeder on the customer's existing base for compact, in-line applications
