Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the cards are fed through the discharge of the feeder they will be verified using the double detection sensor to ensure only one product is fed at a time. As the cards exit the discharge of the feeder they will be accumulated into a stack in the Stack Collection with dropper. The feeder will be mounted 90 degrees to you line using the HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Serial Control will allow the end customer to remotely control the count of the feeder and to send a start pulse to drop the stack and begin feeding the next batch.
