Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) tipping systems. An MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to perform tipping demos and follow line speeds. The feeder will be equipped with a Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition. Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder.
