Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) Signature Series MFT 250v SLD Friction Feeder and start sensor. The customer product will be loaded into the infeed hopper of the MFT 250v SLD to form a stack. The stack will then be separated and individualized by the stripper wheels to travel down the discharge into position. Once the product exits the discharge of the feeder it will be processed by Klippenstein. The MFT 250v SLD will be mounted by the customer at a 90 degree angle to their existing line. OPTIONAL ITEMS: HDSR 1000 250-350 - A Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers (HDSR) for mounting of the MFT 250v SLD DISCHARGE SIDE GUIDE HD SLD - Side guiding in the discharge for additional product control and accuracy in placement Start Sensor - A start sensor will detect passing trays to signal the MFT 250v SLD to feed into the trays.
