Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (4) Batch Counting Feeders. An MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be capable of counting your products into batches. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line to detect a passing lug. Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for mounting.
