Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto your passing base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be equipped with hard carcass discharge belts for high speed product placement and discharge side guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder. The feeder will mount onto an adjustable extruded mounting assembly. Optional items: Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the product from the feeder to the base product, Relay Interface box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, Automatic Product Loader 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, 90 degree APL transfer upgrade and Cantilevered Dual Stand for Bobst to allow bulk loading of the tipping feeder.
