Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the Multifeeder. The feeder will be equipped with Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder for accurate product placement. The feeder will be equipped with a 950W High Performance Package for increased speed and future system expansion capability. The Vacuum Track Assemblies and Vacuum Pump (air source not included) will provide increase feeding friction to the product for higher speed capability. A Pressure Roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to your existing conveyor to provide a controlled product transfer. The feeder will mount onto an adjustable extruded mounting assembly.
