Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your envelopes from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing flat belt conveyor. The feeder will be equipped with Backer Repeat Mode with encoder to follow the line speed of your base conveyor. Optional items: HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Batch Count mode to allow the feeder to count products into batches, Multiple Product Detection to scan each product as it is fed to verify no doubles are fed.
