Project Scope: Orders from proposal # 21995-R1 and # 21996-R1: # 21996-R1: This revised proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder system to to present pharmaceutical bandages into the flighted in feed of your existing Orbit Seal machine at a rate of up to 90 per minute. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from the vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The products will be transferred into the in feed of your existing wrapping with the narrow dimension leading parallel to machine flow. An APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader will be positioned at 90 degrees with respect to flow and will used for increased in feed capacity. Looking from the back of the feeder, the APL Automatic Product Loader will be positioned to the right of the feeder covering the feeder control panel. A Remote Keypad Assembly will be connected to the feeder's serial port to allow the feeder control to be placed in an optimum location. Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. The feeder and loader system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers and will dock to the host machine. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration includes a Factory Acceptance Test to verify system performance before shipment. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified. A detailed set up video will be created showing step by step how to set up and operate the equipment with each of the different samples provided at the rates specified prior to shipment. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeder system with the orbit seal machine. As an option, Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option. Options Available: Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation. Proposal # 21995-R1: This revised proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder system to present pharmaceutical bandages into the flighted in feed of your existing wrapping machine (Line 14) at a rate of up to 90 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from the vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The products will be transferred into the in feed of your existing wrapping with the narrow dimension leading length dimension parallel to machine flow. An APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader (in line configuration) will be used to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed capacity. Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. The feeder and loader system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers and will dock to the wrapping machine using docking hardware. The feeder comes standard with serial control to allow the feeder to be signaled to feed via the serial port. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration includes a Factory Acceptance Test to verify system performance before shipment. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified. A detailed set up video will be created showing step by step how to set up and operate the equipment with each of the different samples provided at the rates specified prior to shipment. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the feeder system with the wrapping machine. As an option Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option. Commission Calculation: 15% * $ 67,501.00 - (non commissionable items) = $ 67,501.00 - (Vacuum Pump and System Drawing, FAT, and Integration) = $ 67,501.00 - (2 x $ 995.00 + 2 x $ 1633.00)= $ 67,501.00 - $ 5,256.00 = 15% * $ 62,245.00 = $ 9,336.75
