Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in-feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be triggered to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line to detect a passing lug. The feeder will be mounted on a Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers (HDSR) for easy height adjustment and mobility. Optional Items: ezTipping with encoder - As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. RELAY INTERFACE BOX ASSEMBLY - Used to signal your transport base to stop if the feeder runs empty or has a fault. MULTIPLE PRODUCT DETECT - The ability to check for the potential of a double product feed.
