Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction Feeders to tip a top sheet onto flooring products traveling on your existing conveyor at a rate of 30 per minute (75 MPM) with a tolerance of +/- 10mm. Each MFT 250 will gently separate the sheets from an inclined stack in the in feed magazine of the feeder. The sheets will be transferred one at a time onto the 600mm (23.65") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Estimated stack height is 3" of product in the in feed magazine of the feeder. One of the feeders will be the demo unit SERIAL NUMBER 1014-08335 that has been tested at your facility along with a sales incentive for an order placed on or before September 15, 2013. The feeder will be configured with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. The customer will supply the mounting for the feeder. As an option, the feeder can be mounted a Multifeeder supplied Straddle Mount Assembly. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Options include a Relay Interface Box to signal your host system to stop if the feeder runs empty or has a fault. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation. Commission Calculation: $ 47,889.400 - (non commission able items (vacuum pumps)) Commission able amount = $ 47,889.40 - vacuum pumps ($ 3,266.00) = $ 44,623.40 Commission = $ 44,623.40 * 15% - (half of discount $ 2,349.00 / 2) = $ 6,693.51 - $ 1,174.50 = $ 5,519.01
