Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Signature Series MFT 350v ED Friction Feeder and a Batch Count Mode Controller. The customer's product will be loaded into the infeed hopper of the 350v ED to create a stack. That stack will then be separated and individualized by the stripper wheels of the 350v ED and fed down the discharge. The Batch Count Mode Controller will count the customer's specified product into a batch. The operator will remove the batch and the cycle will run again. OPTIONAL ITEMS: SC 2000 350 RR STD CONFIG - A shingling conveyor to accumulate and shingle large batches of counted products for the operator to process HDSR 1000 250-350 - A stand on rollers for mounting of the 350v ED
