Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto your passing base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be equipped with hard carcass discharge belts for high speed product placement and discharge side guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be mounted over your existing base using existing cross bars on your folder. Optional items: Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the product from the feeder to the base product, Relay Interface box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, High Performance Drive Package for increased speeds beyond 300 PPM, Extruded Straddle Mount Assembly to mount the feeder over your existing base.
