Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V Signature Series Friction Feeders to present CR 80 cards onto your existing conveyor with consistent repeat at a rate of up to 300 per minute to be inspected by a Lake Image vision system. The MFT 250Friction Feeder will gently separate your CR 80 cards up to 200mm (7.87") wide from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 200mm (7.87") long discharge of the feeder. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides with 250mm long shafts will be used to hold the guides to ensure that each product is straight as it is fed. Each feeder will also be equipped with the latest version of software including the Card Line Software with encoder to monitor the speed of the base conveyor. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the CR 80 card is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. The MFT 250 feeder can be controlled using commands given through the serial port. This proposal assumes that Lake Image will install and integrated the feeder with their base conveyor. Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option. Options Available: Other options include a Signal Light Assembly, a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
