Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two MFT 250 IP ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders with 200mm Extended Discharge and Cardline Software to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line. This proposal includes net 45 day terms with no down payment provided the balance of the feeders are shipped within 18 months of date of the purchase order. Each MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your CR 80 cards up to 200mm (7.87") wide from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 200mm (7.87") long discharge of the feeder. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides (as per AZ Specification) with 250mm long shafts to hold the guides to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. Each feeder will also be equipped with the latest version of software including the Card Line Software along with a plug to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 250 IP Friction feeder. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the CR 80 card is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Each feeder can be controlled using commands given through the serial port. An APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader for will be used for increased in feed magazine capacity. The loader will be configured with two sets of adjustable legs to make a complete roll away package. Transport for direction to feeder is right to left from operator side. Transport length is 2000mm. Operating Panel on Operator's side (contrary to MFT 250)Alignment flange mounted on rear side all mounting material included.
