Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The MFT 250SLD IP Friction Feeder will be equipped with a Split Discharge to allow the label applicator to apply a label onto the product being fed while the product travels down the discharge. The proposed system will also include a 150 Print and Apply Label Applicator to print and apply a label onto the product being fed in the discharge. The 150 Print and Apply Label Applicator will be equipped with a Start Sensor that will be triggered as product moves down the discharge allowing a label to be applied each time the Start Sensor is triggered. Both Friction Feeder and Label Applicator will be mounted on an Integrated Stand for easy hieght adjustment and mobility. Optional Items: APL 1000-250 STANDARD CONFIG: Allows for increased loading capacity and stack height control. SC 1000 350 RR STD CONFIG: Allows for increased efficiency of product accumulation. IMCT 250 38 X 160: Allows for product accumulation in a Catch Tray. DISCHARGE SIDE GUIDE HD SLD: Discharge Side Guiding to allow for accurate registration throughout the discharge.
