Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with Cardline Control Software to communicate with your system controller. The feeder will be signaled to feed by your controller onto your existing flat belt conveyor. The feeder will be equipped with (2) vacuum chamber assemblies to provide increased feeding performance. This proposal includes the case being dyed black, Cross Core branded labels on feeder cases and magazine support frame, 15" in feed magazine height and serial control capability to remotely control the feeder. Optional items: Signal Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, Start Sensor to automatically signal the feeder to feed, Vacuum Chamber for increased feeding performance (not including vacuum source), Vacuum Piab Generator to supply a vacuum source the vacuum chamber (not including air source), Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.
